Abstract
English
The atopic eczema/dermatitis syndrome (AEDS) is a chronically recurrent illness with individually different expressions and multifactorial reasons. In two single case studies diary notes and night urine of two patients with AEDS were analysed over a period of 75 days. In this way informations about different biopsychological parameters could be obtained. The analysis of these time series data took place with the ARIMA-method after Box and Jenkins (1976) and afterwards by means of correlation analysis. As results we found varied interactions between the investigated parameters and the skin condition. This confirms the influence of different factors on the skin condition of AEDS. These factors seem to work as part of a complex psychoneuroendocrinoimmunological network.
