Abstract
English
A number of 45 patients diagnosed „generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)“ were randomly distributed to either manualized cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or manualized dynamic psychotherapy (SET). Core conflictual relationship themes (CCRT based on Luborsky) were measured and compared while using different types of evaluation concepts. The research provided no evidence of preferring one of the evaluation concepts, a GAD-specific CCRT could not be found. Furthermore the research showed a change in CCRT even during short time psychotherapy. Patients displayed different CCRT`s depending on the type of psychotherapy they were distributed to.
