ANCA-associated vasculitides (AAV) are the most frequent types of primary small-vessel vasculitides according to the revised Chapel Hill consensus conference nomenclature from 2012 [1]. AAV are represented by at least three distinct disorders, each characterized by inflammatory damage of small blood vessels including arterioles, capillaries and venules, and each variably associated with peripheral circulating antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) of different antigen affinity. The patients clinical symptomes, therapeutic response and the outcome is very heterogen. Therefore we investigated profling zytokines and compare to epidemiological and clinical factors, progress of disease and therapeutic response.
