dc.description.abstract	Expansionen komprimierter Fluide finden breite Anwendung und werden hier mit Hilfe der Schwingungsspektroskopie untersucht. Dabei ist der Aggregatzustand der bei der Zerstäubung entstehenden Partikel von besonderem Interesse. In Abhängigkeit von Stagnationsdruck, Düsentemperatur, und Düsenabstand werden neben Lachgas tert-Butylalkohol und n-Pentan hinsichtlich ihrer Partikelbildung charakterisiert. Die Ergebnisse bilden eine Grundlage für die Expansion nahkritischer Lösungen.	de

The focus is on the phase state of particles emerging from flash atomization of compressed liquids. As a function of stagnation pressure, nozzle temperature, and nozzle distance particle formation in nitrous oxide, tert-butyl alcohol and n-pentane is investigated. The results form a basis for the expansion of near-critical solutions.	de
