Actual production and breeding status of a Northern Thai dairy herd (Holstein) was investigated in order to identify data basis for developing sustainable breeding concept for the local breeding. Field data on dairy production, reproductive performance, breeding structure and adaptive indicators were collected from 2764 cows on 252 farms.
