Abstract
English
The aim of my graduation work was the production and characterisation of monoclonal antibodies (mAK) and phage antibodies against the bovine Prionprotein (PrP). In the first part of the work, in order to produce mAks, mice were immunized with rekombinant Semliki Forest virus (rSFV) particles. Subsequently, the Epitope of the mAks was characterized In the second part of the work I produced and characterized phage antibodies from some of the hybridoma clones.
