| de |

dc.description.abstracteng | The relevance of natural products in pharmacological research is now after a long period again gaining more and more attention. Different aspects of natural product research are covered by this thesis. Biosynthetical studies on Borrelidin, are presented. Borrelidin is a highly potential agent, which is active against, amongst others, malaria. The Chemical and Biological Screening for new structures is described. Thereby marine endosymbiontic fungi are investigated, which are promising sources of active compounds. One focus is on the structure elucidation of these metabolites as well as other natural products by means of spectroscopic methods. | de |
