| de |

dc.description.abstracteng | Catalytic insertion reactions of various cyclic (4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazoline-3,5-dione, PTAD) and acyclic (azobenzene, ethyl phenyldiazenecarboxylate and diisopropyl azodicarboxylate) diazene derivatives into various dimethyl 2-arylcyclopropane-1,1-dicarboxylates have been investigated. In the case of acyclic diazene derivatives only expected products of the insertion into the C1-C2 bond were isolated. In the case of a cyclic 4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazoline-3,5-dione, unexpected products of the insertion into the C2-C3 bond were isolated along with the expected ones. Possible mechanisms of these reactions have been suggested. As a part of this study, two new syntheses of enantiomerically pure dimethyl 2-phenylcyclopropane-1,1-dicarboxylates were developed. Insertions of aryl isocyanides into the same cyclopropanes leading to dimethyl 3-arylamino-2-arylimino-4-arylcyclopent-3-ene-1,1-dicarboxylates were studied as well. The second part of this thesis is concerned with the synthesis of the natural compound Belactosin C analogues and congeners. Four Belactosin C analogues with acylated amino group and esterified carboxyfunction have been synthesized as well as its congener bearing 3,5-dimethoxybenzylamide instead of the peptide residue. A congener with hydroxy function in the side chain has been also synthesized. | de |
