dc.description.abstract	Die Dissertation untersucht die Rezeption Thomas S. Kuhns, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Rezeptionsanalyse seines Hauptwerkes 'The Structure of Scientific Revolutions' (1962) liegt; durch die spezielle Zugangsweise über die Mißverständnisse werden allerdings auch spätere Essays von Kuhn einbezogen. Die Arbeit unterteilt sich in drei Kapitel:1) Kuhn und die Wissenssoziolgen, 2) Kuhn und die Naturwissenschaftler sowie 3) Kuhn und die zeitgenössische Philosophie.Die Untersuchung analysiert die Mißverständnisse (der einzelnen Rezeptionsgruppen) und zielt darauf ab, ein angemessenes Verständnis der Kuhnschen Philosophie zu gewinnen. Sie verbindet dabei historische und systematische Fragestellungen und arbeitet Kuhns Bedeutung für die zeitgenössische Philosophie heraus.	de

It focuses on his central text "The Structure of Scientific Revolutions" (1962), working through the misconceptions and misconstructions both of this work and of the essays that follow it. The PhD consists of three chapters:1) Kuhn and the Sociology of Scientific Knowledge, 2) Kuhn and the Natural Sciences, and 3) Kuhn and contemporary philosophy.The investigation analyses misconceptions and aims to develop an adequate understanding of Kuhn's philosophy. It combines historical historical and systematical questions and shows Kuhn's significancein the field of contemporary philosophy of science.	de
