dc.description.abstract	Das atopic eczema/dermatitis syndrome (AEDS) ist eine chronisch rezidivierende Erkrankung mit individuell unterschiedlicher Ausprägung und multifaktorieller Genese. Im Rahmen von zwei Einzelfallstudien wurden mittels Tagebuchuntersuchung und nächtlicher Urinsammlung über 75 Tage hinweg verschiedene biopsychologische Parameter erfasst und auf Zusammenhänge untersucht. Die Datenanalyse der erhaltenen Zeitreihen erfolgte mit dem ARIMA-Verfahren nach Box und Jenkins (1976) sowie anschließend mittels Korrelationsanalysen. Als Ergebnis fanden sich vielfältige Interaktionen zwischen den untersuchten Parametern und dem Hautzustand. Damit bestätigte sich die Annahme, dass der Hautzustand beim AEDS multifaktoriell beeinflusst wird. Die untersuchten Faktoren sind offenbar als Teile eines komplexen psychoneuroendokrinoimmunologischen Netzwerkes wirksam.	de

dc.description.abstracteng	The atopic eczema/dermatitis syndrome (AEDS) is a chronically recurrent illness with individually different expressions and multifactorial reasons. In two single case studies diary notes and night urine of two patients with AEDS were analysed over a period of 75 days. In this way informations about different biopsychological parameters could be obtained. The analysis of these time series data took place with the ARIMA-method after Box and Jenkins (1976) and afterwards by means of correlation analysis. As results we found varied interactions between the investigated parameters and the skin condition. This confirms the influence of different factors on the skin condition of AEDS. These factors seem to work as part of a complex psychoneuroendocrinoimmunological network.	de
