Abstract

English

For the direct in vivo-detection of deep seated fungal infections a specific radiodiagnostical has been synthesised. Therefore a tyramine derivative of a stilbene-type optical brightener was labeled with different iodine nuclides. The in vivo behaviour and binding ability of the Produkts marked with 131-I and 125-I were examined under conditions of experimental candidiasis.
Keywords: fungal infection mycosis in vivo detection optical brightener stilbene 131-I 125-I candidiasis

Other Languages
