| de |

dc.description.abstracteng | For time-saving optimization of a standardized evaluation of MR mammography are currently several computer-aided diagnostic systems in development. The analysis of the two CAD systems of the present work is based on two different mathematical models. The emphasis is on comparing the calculations of the curves using the 3-point analysis and the 4-compartment model with respect to their sensitivity and specificity. The evaluation by the 3-point system achieves a sensitivity for Fischer-score of 83.6% and for any enhancement of 90.2%, the specificity is 83.9% according to Fischer as well as any enhancement at 69.6 %. The analysis by the 4-compartment model obtained for the respective sensitivities to fishing and any enhancement to a value of 100%. The specificity is 55.4% for Fischer and 39.3% for any enhancement. Here, the two CAD systems differ statistically significantly in specificity and sensitivity by Fischer. No statistically significant differences are seen in the sensitivity analysis for any enhancement. | de |
