The thesis consists of the two main parts. In the first part, we consider testing statistical hypotheses about densities of signals in deconvolution models. A new approach to this problem is proposed. We constructed score tests for the deconvolution problem with the known noise density and efficient score tests for the case of unknown density. The tests are incorporated with model selection rules to choose reasonable model dimensions automatically by the data. Consistency of the tests is proved. In the second part, the main results of the thesis are presented. A general class of statistical tests is considered. The tests are additionally incorporated with model selection rules. The class contains score tests and data-driven score tests as special examples. We prove general consistency theorems for tests from the class. Examples of statistical applications are also presented.de
