dc.description.abstracteng	Pluripotency is the potential of cells to proliferate incessantly (self-renewal) and to develop into all cell types of the three germ layers as well as to the germ line. Recently established multipotent adult Germ-line Stem Cell (maGSC) lines are pluripotent cells derived from the unipotent Spermatogonial Stem Cells (SSCs) which acquire Embryonic Stem Cells (ESCs) properties in vitro.
