dc.description.abstract	Die CO2-Laserchirurgie ggf. mit Neck-Dissection und adjuvanter Bestrahlung sowie mit oder ohne Chemotherapie ist eine therapeutische Alternative zu jeder anderen operativen oder nicht operativen Therapie des frühen oder fortgeschrittenen Hypopharynxkarzinoms. Dabei kann eine hohe Rate an Organ- und Funktionserhalt bei geringer Komorbidität erreicht werden. Eine adäquate Selektion von Patienten mit Tumoren, die organerhaltend transoral operiert werden können, ist Voraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche Therapie.	de
