dc.description.abstract | In dieser Doctorarbeit wurden acht
terrestrische und zwei marine Bakterien als auch vier endophytische
Pilze chemisch und pharmakologisch untersucht, aus denen insgesamt
achtundvierzig Sekundärmetabolite isoliert wurde. Mikroorganismen
stellen eine reiche Quelle bioaktiver Substanzen dar. Da die Natur
nicht grundlos Sekunärmetabolite bildet, stelle sich die Frage nach
dem biologischen Zweck dieser natürlichen Substanzen. | de |
