Abstract
English
The Spinosyns A and D are the main metabolites of the Streptomyces species Saccharopolyspora spinosa. They show a high activity as well as a high selectivity against a huge number of insects that cause extensive damage to crops and other plants. Because of their excellent environmental profile these compounds are not only used in crop protection but also in veterinary and human medicine to protect humans, livestock and companion animals from external parasites. The active compound Spinosad is a fermentatorically produced mixture of Spinosyn A and D. First signs of resistances of some target insects make the production of novel Spinosyn analogues inevitable. Here the organic synthesis could play an important role. Because of their low efficiency and profitability the reported total syntheses are, however, not suitable for an industrial application. The main goal of this thesis was the development of new building blocks for an efficient and convergent route for the synthesis of Spinosyn analogues bearing a modified tricyclic framework. Furthermore first investigations towards the coupling of these building blocks were conducted.

Spinosyn A und D.
Durch das Auftreten erster Resistenzen bei vereinzelten
Schädlingsklassen ist im Rahmen eines verantwortungsvollen
Resistenzmanagements die Bereitstellung neuartiger Spinosynanaloga
dringend erforderlich. Hierbei könnte die organische Synthese eine
wichtige Rolle spielen.
