häufigsten eingesetzten C–C-Verknüpfungs-reaktionen in
| de |

dc.description.abstracteng | Allylation reactions are one of the most
frequently employed C–C bond formation reactions which are often
used in the synthesis of natural compounds. There are many
procedures known for asymmetric allylation of aldehydes to obtain
secondary homoallylic alcohols in excellent yields and
enantioselectivities. In case of asymmetric allylation of prochiral
ketones many of these methods fail proving only low facial
selectivities. Until today there are only a few methods known which
result in good to excellent enantioselectivities. The auxiliary
mediated domino allylation reaction developed by L. F. Tietze is a
general method for the synthesis of protected homoallylic alcohols.
Based on this method we developed some short syntheses of natural
products containing a tertiary alcohol moiety, e.g. pinnatolide and
furopinnatin, which were first isolated by F. Bohlmann et al. from
Athanasia crithmifolia in 1990. | de |
