dc.description.abstract | Im Mehrperiodenmodell (H. Hax und H. M.
Weingartner) werden Investitions- und Finanzierungsmaßnahmen zu
unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten realisiert. Für dieses Modell tritt
die explizite Einbeziehung aller zukünftigen Investitions- und
Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten am Beginn des Planungszeitraums ins
Kalkül. Unter dieser Beschränkung werden Investitions- und
Finanzierungsprogramme für alle Teilperioden simultan nicht
korrigierbar geplant.
Datenbeschaffung abgeleitet.
Der vorteilhafte Planungshorizont wird durch Vergleich der
jeweiligen Vermögensendwerte ermittelt. Anschließend werden eine
VOFI und Sensitivitätsanalyse durchgeführt. Auf Basis der Übernahme
der Entscheidung des vorperiodischen Entscheidungsmodells in
Kapitel 3 werden die nicht identischen Planungsmodelle der
Simultanplanungen der Investitions- und Finanzierungsprogramme bei
mehrfacher Entscheidungsfolge in Kapitel 4 untersucht. Dazu wurden
3 unterschiedliche simultane Programme bei den drei
unterschiedlichen Planungshorizonten der Simultanplanungen für die
Suche nach dem vorteilhaften Planungshorizont bzw. Vermögensendwert
verglichen.
| de |

dc.description.abstracteng | One of the optimizations theory is the
investment financial model which based on both "H. Hax" (1964,
Investitions- und Finanzplanung mit Hilfe der linearen
Programmierung) and "H. M. Weingartner" (1963, Mathematical
Programming and the Analysis of Capital Budgeting Problems). This
model combines both potential alternative investment and
alternative financial asset and decides maximization of asset at
the planning horizon. This decision can be in different time period
realized. There are also problems of justifying the use of
decisions over long time period which falls naturally within
changed situations of environment (change in the data: price of
equipment or cost of products etc.). This inflexibility for the
amendment after invested to certain decision meet because it is
usually invested at a maximization of asset at the planning
horizon. For instance, when business organization made decision for
the maximum profit by Optimum, by the time goes there are
unexpected circumference will lead plan to the suboptimum. For this
answer I need to refer to the basic transformation of model: model
in the simultaneous planning of investment and finance programs in
repetitive multiphase decisions sequences. The thesis mainly
approaches to the solution of logical optimum by considering of
unexpected circumference and terms of investing period from the
inflexible decision of multi-period-model which all the assets were
planed to be used for short period of time. The philosophy is
accessing to the flexible correction and adjusting new plan for
maximized asset, and how to create unifying model in the
simultaneous planning of investment and finance programs in
repetitive multiphase decisions sequences. By investing new deal in
the optimum solution due to changes in the data, which is applying
the past decision and current information to the new optimal
maximization of asset at the planning horizon in the model,
investment could be realized from the dependent data of each period
to maximize total asset. In order to maximize of asset at the end
of total planning period, it is essential to choose a planning
horizon which could be either one of short, middle or long term.
Also, there was a research reports that different repayment of
credits can effect on model with merits or demerits. In addition,
there are several studies which support final net worth, and those
data"s are based on different perspectives views in both finance
and time (Chapter 3) I will provide the theory with most ideal
model (Model II: Maximization of asset at the planning horizon) in
the chapter 4. By understanding the sensitivity analysis of future
periodical net payment (in payment or amount pay out), the theory
will include investments and financial alternatives in addition to
that the excluded alternatives from the past period and new
alternatives in the simultaneous planning of investment and
financial programs in repetitive multiphase decisions sequences to
get the maximization of asset at the planning horizon. Both integer
and decimal solution will be applied to every study for a special
quality. The outstanding computational problem of linear
programming has been that of finding the optimum integer to linear
programming. The problem of optimum integer solution is
characterized by the great number of problem from the realm of
combinational analysis and areas of scheduling. One of the main
parts of resources in strategy Management will provide interactive
method in the optimization. (Chapter 4) The correction of the
method in the simultaneous planning of investment and finance
programs in repetitive multiphase decisions sequences will be
adjustable by applying sequential optimal decision and different
view point of investment will be calculated in periodical interest
ratio with a merit of this model. In this system, liquidations
surplus from each period can determine the for market rate valued
new rate of interest of model. Additional liquidations surplus from
each period in this Model shall be estimated for present interest
for the market investment. Also, applying either forward rates or
spot rates which are based on model-endogenous-interest rates
(required rate of return) determinates for decision of alternative
investment case. Sensitivity analyze will be assigned to each cases
to obtain proof of VOFI. (Methode der vollsatändigen Finanzpläne:
Visualization Of Financial Implications) It is important to know
the range of price or cost for which the solution remains optimal
and also important to know the range of critical value after
changing of price or cost. Investigations that deal with the
changes in the optimum solution due to change in the data are
termed sensitivity analyze. Furthermore, this survey is expecting
future optimum adjusting generally relationship between optimal
solution and net payment. | de |
