The aim of this study is to evaluate the trabeculotomy by the internal approach with trabectome on patients with glaucoma. It is a retrospective, monocentic study. The following parameters were investigated: intraocular pressure, number of pressure reducing eye drops, visual acuity, necessity of systemic carbonic anhydrase inhibitors and the reclosure of the newly opened area. The study showed an average decrease in IOP by 21.4% (n=71). In the first postoperative year the IOD declined by > 20%. The target IOP reached the middle decimal range. The subgroup of PEX-glaucoma showed a stronger IOP reduction.The number of pressure-dropping eye drops decreased by an average of 0.9. The results of this study confirm this operation as effective - especially in the case of PEX glaucoma, and does not affect the success of follow-up operations, such as trabeculectomy.

Das Ziel dieser Studie ist die Beurteilung der Trabekulotomie ab interno mittels Trabektom bei Glaukompatienten. Dabei handelt es sich um eine retrospektive, monozentrische Studie. Untersucht wurden die Parameter: Intraokularer Druck, Anzahl topischer Antiglaukomatosa, Visus, die Notwendigkeit systemischer Carboanhydrasehemmer und der Wiederverschluss der neu eröffneten Trabektomspur. Die Studie ergab eine durchschnittliche Abname des IOD um 21,4% (n=71). Im ersten postoperativen Jahr sank der IOD im zeitlichen Verlauf um >20%. Der erreichte Ziel-IOD pendelte sich im mittleren Zehnerbereich ein. Die Untergruppe der PEX-Glaukome wies eine stärkere IOD-Senkung auf. Die Anzahl topischer Antiglaukomatosa reduzierte sich im Mittel um 0,9. Der Visus verbesserte sich um 0,09. Die Ergebnisse dieser Studie bestätigen dieses Operationsverfahren als effektiv - insbesondere beim PEX-Glaukom, und beeinflusst den Erfolg von Folgeoperationen, wie die Trabekulektomie, nicht.
