Abstract
English
Transition metal-catalyzed C–H functionalizations have recently emerged as a reliable tool for the efficient chemo- and site-selective construction of C–C and C–Het bonds, which is of major importance for the preparation of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and functional materials. Within this thesis, efforts have been devoted to developing new step-economic synthetic methods employing versatile nickel-, manganese(I)-, or ruthenium(II)-catalyzed C–H alkylations and alkynylations.
