Abstract

English

This metanalysis was performed to check the effectivness of cognitive behavioral therapy for panic disorder with and without agoraphobia. After searching studies and work out the criterias 18 studies were remaining. This 18 studies are recorded in the metaanlysis. After statistical evaluation we get the result that all active therapy groups are superior to the waiting list. The highest effects in the symptom scale of panic frequency are done by cognitive behavioral therapy. In all other symptom scales the cognitive behavioral therapy leads to high effects. Only in the symptom scale of depressive symptomatic she has a low effect. In this symptom scale has only the exposition in vivo, relaxation therapy and panic control therapy high effects.
