dc.description.abstractger	Für den Beruf des Zahnarztes sind neben der fachlichen Expertise auch kommunikative Fähigkeiten von Bedeutung. In vielen Studien konnte ein Zusammenhang zwischen kommunikativen Fähigkeiten der Behandelnden mit der Zufriedenheit der Patienten einerseits und andererseits zwischen Patientenkontakt und Stresssymptomen bei Studierenden beobachtet werden. Dennoch sind Kommunikationsinhalte in den Curricula der zahnmedizinischen Studiengänge der Universitäten Deutschlands, wie beispielsweise an der Universitätsmedizin Göttingen, oft noch nicht vollständig strukturiert und objektivierbar im Curriculum eingebunden. Hintergrund vorliegender Arbeit war somit die Erstellung eines Curriculums für eine Lehrveranstaltung zu kommunikativen und psychologischen Inhalten. Um dieses Curriculum an die Bedürfnisse der Studierenden anzupassen, wurden in Voruntersuchungen Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der zahnmedizinischen Studierenden in Göttingen und deutschlandweit erfragt. Das Curriculum orientierte sich am Modell der CanMEDS- Rollen, wurde nach den Vorgaben des Kern-Zyklus entwickelt und in einem fakultativen Blockseminar umgesetzt (n=13). Zur Überprüfung des Lernerfolges wurde jeweils am Ende des Seminarwochenendes der subjektive Wissenstand vor und nach dem Seminar als studentische Selbsteinschätzung erhoben. Die Umsetzung der gelernten Inhalte in die Praxis wurde anhand des Vergleiches von OSCE-Ergebnissen zu kommunikativen und praktischen Stationen der Teilnehmenden zu einer Kontrollgruppe überprüft. Die Studierenden, die an dem Seminar teilnahmen, zeigten signifikant bessere Ergebnisse in den kommunikativen und praktischen Teilen des OSCEs ebenso wie im Gesamtergebnis. Die Teilnehmenden hatten in Bezug auf die Lernzielüberprüfung einen signifikanten Lernzuwachs in nahezu allen Themenbereichen. Die Ergebnisse zur Lernerfolgsüberprüfung nach Raupach zeigten wichtige Hinweise auf relevante Veränderungsansätze im Curriculum des Seminars. Das erarbeitete Curriculum kann eine gute Grundlage zur Implementierung kommunikativer Inhalte im Zahnmedizinstudium an der Universitätsmedizin Göttingen bilden.	de
dc.description.abstracteng	In addition to the professional expertise, communicative skills are also important for the dentist's profession. In many studies, it was possible to observe a correlation between the communicative skills of the treating persons and the satisfaction of the patients on the one hand and on the other hand between patient contact and stress symptoms among students. Nevertheless, communication skills contents in the curricula of the dental study courses of the universities of Germany, such as at the University Medical Center Göttingen, are often not fully structured and objectively embedded in the curriculum. The background of this paper was the development of a curriculum for a course on communicative and psychological skills. In order to adapt this curriculum to the needs of the students, the wishes and requirements of the dental students in Göttingen and Germany were raised in preliminary surveys. The curriculum was based on the model of CanMEDS roles, was developed according to the requirements of the Kern- cycle and implemented in an optional block seminar (n = 13). At the end of each seminar weekend, the subjective level of knowledge before and after the seminar was assessed as a student self-assessment in order to test the learning success. The transfer of the learned content into practice was examined by comparing OSCE results of communicative and practical stations of the participants with a control group. The students attending the seminar showed significantly better results in the communicative and practical parts of the OSCE as well as in the overall result. Participants of the seminar had significantly learning increases in almost all subject areas in terms of learning goals examination. The results of the learning success examination according to Raupach showed important indications of relevant approaches to modify the curriculum of the seminar. The developed curriculum can provide a good basis for the implementation of communicative skills contents in dentistry education at the University Medical Center Göttingen.	de
