We patch tested 60 substances in parallel to standard series at the Department of Dermatology at the University of Göttingen with 3466 patients involved between 1996 and 2004. Here we describe the substances and present the occurred rates in terms of contact allergy. Further we compare our results with most recent published data until via literature research and finally we discuss and recommend how and when to patch test the substance.

Wir untersuchten mittels Epikutantestungen 60 Substanzen parallel zur Standardreihe an 3466 Patienten an der Dermatologischen Klinik der Universität Göttingen zwischen 1996 und 2004. In dieser Arbeit wird die Verwendung der Substanzen beschrieben sowie die aufgetretenen Sensibilisierungsquoten gezeigt. Weiter werden die Quoten mit aktuell publizierten Daten verglichen und schliesslich wird diskutiert wie und wo die Substanzen mittels Epikutantest weiter untersucht werden sollten.
