dc.description.abstractengIn this thesis, the effect of ionizing radiation on the vessels of the chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) of the chick embryo is evaluated. Both, the lymphatic and the blood vessels were studied in the CAM in vivo model. After radiation with 2,5, 10 or 15 Gy at different developmental stages, morphologic changes on vessels were analysed by electron microscoypy and fluorescence staining.de
