This dissertation deals with the clinical picture of TMA (TTP, STEC-HUS, aHUS and secondary TMA). The first question of the thesis deals with laboratory chemical parameters. This dissertation uncovers some aspects of TMA that can provide guidance in diagnosis and prognosis. The shown differential diagnostic list, worked out in this thesis, should give a possible indication of a specific TMA at the standard blood examination. Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Krankheitsbild der TMA (TTP, STEC-HUS, aHUS und sekundären TMA). Die erste Frage der Arbeit befasst sich mit den laborchemischen Parametern. In dieser Arbeit werden einige Aspekte der TMA aufgedeckt, die eine Orientirungshilfe bei der Diagnosestellung und Prognoseeinschätzung geben können. Die dargestellte differentialdiagnostische Auflistung sollte beim Standartlabor einen möglichen Hinweis auf eine spezifische TMA geben. Die zweite Fragestellung diente der Aufklärung eines möglichen Zusammenhangs zwischen den laborchemischen und klinischen Charakteristika und der Prognose.
