Abstract

English

In this study fluorescence-in-situ-hybridization was used to prove a practical basis for the differentiation of Campylobacter fetus in comparison to other common Campylobacter species. It was shown that fluorescence-in-situ-hybridization is suitable for this task. Furthermore mass-spectrometry-based proteotyping was used to prove a possibility to differentiate further within the Campylobacter fetus group. Concluding both methods were compared to each other.

In dieser Arbeit wurde die Fluoreszenz-in-situ-Hybridisierung genutzt um eine praktische Grundlage zur Differenzierung von Campylobacter fetus im Vergleich mit anderen Campylobacter Spezies zu beweisen. Es konnte gezeigt werden, dass die Fluoreszenz-in-situ-Hybridisierung dazu geeignet ist. Des Weiteren wurde die Massenspektrometriebasierte Proteotypisierung verwendet um innerhalb der Campylobacter fetus Gruppe weiter zu differenzieren. Abschließend wurden beide Methoden miteinander verglichen.
