Chapter 2 consider the development of motivations for helping in informal risk-sharing networks from a sample of school children in Bogota, Colombia. Chapter 3 explores the role of warm-glow and pure altruistic in giving by considering ethnic identity of the recipients from a sample of children in Mumbai, India.
