Abstract

English

Extracellular heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) can act as an immunological danger signal and stimulate the activity of cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer cells. Therefore, HSP70 is currently evaluated as a tool in cancer immunotherapy. We analyze polymorphisms in heat shock protein receptor genes, such as CD91 and LOX-1, which may affect immunological functions of HSP70.
Keywords: Polymorphisms

Other Languages
