Muskelaufbautraining konnte tendenziell keine positiven
Veränderungen bezüglich eines verbesserten Steh- und Gehverhaltens
erzielen.
| de |

dc.description.abstracteng | The aim of this study was to detect
whether the sensomotoric system or rather the muscle state can be
influenced by the external effects of posture-improving
Sensomotoric Insoles and/or a rehabilitatives muscle construction
training. The depicted interventional possibilities can cause
improvements of the human standing and walking behaviour and may
effectively be succeeded by a relieve of the discomforts in the
muscle and skeletal system in a short period of time. In a pre-post
control group design 59 study participants with posture-conditioned
discomfort were split in four investigation groups. In the course
of the investigation which took 6 weeks the test subjects passed
different measuring rows that took place at the beginning and at
the end of the study. Furthermore, all paticipants filled out a
questionnaire concerning their subjective discomfort development.
The first investigation group wore Sensomotoric Insoles, while the
participants of the second group took part in a rehabilitative
muscle construction training, whereas the test persons of the third
group wore Sensomotoric Insoles and participated in a rehabilitativ
muscle construction training. The test persons in the fourth group
formed the control group. The three-dimensional backscan, the
static and dynamic surface electromyography, the instrumental gait
analysis and the pedography were used as measurement devices. The
muscular strength relations or the muscle status were manually
determined with the help of muscle function tests. For the
mathematical calculation of the measuring results the Wilcoxon test
was used. Posture-improving Sensomotoric Insoles as well as a
rehabilitativ muscle construction training can statisticaly cause
an improved dispersal of the weight that has an impact on the body.
Above all, this results in a more economic realisation of movement
sequences. Thereby (neuro)muscular dysbalances were counteracted.
The subjective observations confirmed the measuring results of the
insoles and the muscle construction training with regard to
diminished posture-conditioned discomfort. The simultaneous
combination of Sensomotoric Insoles and muscle construction
training did not lead to positive changes in the standing and
walking behaviour. The results of the control group confirmed the
external intervention possibilities.
Looking at the results, it becomes obvious that the combination of
physiological, biomechanical, training theory and psycological
components can yield to simplifications of the complex phenomenon
of the human posture and movement motor activity. | de |
