dc.description.abstract | Das Ziel dieser Doktorarbeit hat sich auf Untersuchungen zur stereoselektiven Totalsynthese von Mensacarcin konzentriert, einem neuen, polyfunktionalisierten Naturstoff mit einem Hexahydroanthracen-Grundgerüst, welcher aus dem Streptomyceten-Stamm Gö C4/4 isoliert worden ist. Die Synthese-Strategie beinhaltet den Aufbau von mehreren neuen, polysubstituierten aromatischen Verbindungen mit einem Lithium-Halogen-Austausch und einer intramolekularen Heck-Reaktion als Schlüssel-Reaktion. | de |
