dc.description.abstract	Diese Dissertation behandelt die Frage, ob eine Spreading Depression in Hirnstamm von Ratten ausgelöst werden kann. In den Experimenten wurden Ratten verschiedenen Alters verwendet. Dies war wichtig um Informationen über die Gewebeanfälligkeit des Hirnstamms durch Spreading Depression bei verschiedenen Altersgruppen von Ratten herauszufinden. Spreading Depression ist eine Membrandepolarisation, welche in Zusammenhang mit verschiedenen Krankheiten wie Migräne, plötzlicher Kindstod, Schlaganfall und Epilepsie gebracht wird.	de
