Abstract

English

In the past it was beleived that the nucleoplasmatic calcium diffused passive from the cytosol to the nucleus. During the last years there were more evidences found that there might be an active regulation of the nucleoplasmatic calcium. In this dissertation we tried to search von differences between cytoplasmatic and nucleoplasmatic calcium in electric stimmulated myocytes and under different pharmacological impact.
Keywords: nucleoplasmatic calcium

Other Languages
